The program uses two scheduling waves (Wave 1: Grades 1–6; Wave 2: Grades 7–12). Athletes are not automatically grouped for direct competition across all grades in a wave. Families receive their athlete's assigned wave, arrival details, and program instructions after registration and placement review.

Division and wave placement are based primarily on current grade, with staff review when needed to support safe, age-appropriate participation.
