Registration Process
Guardian-first registration creates one guardian record and separate athlete records — siblings never overwrite each other. Final division and wave details are confirmed after staff review.
Division & Wave Placement
Placement is based primarily on current grade, with staff review when needed. Families receive assigned wave and arrival details after registration and placement review. Program window: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
What to Bring
Comfortable athletic clothing, basketball shoes, and a water bottle. A finalized 'what to bring' list is sent with onboarding details after placement is confirmed.
Pickup & Release
Authorized pickup details are collected during registration. Final pickup and release procedures are confirmed before the season — staff completion required.
Communication
We communicate through your preferred method (call, text, or email) using the consent you provide during registration. Wave and arrival details are sent after placement review.
Health & Safety
Emergency contact and health information are collected during registration. See the Safety & Policies page for approved policies and staff-completion items.
